Terms and conditions:

• Every student should be punctual to the training timings.
• The school reserves the right to allocate a student to another suitable class according to his or her skill level.
• There will be No refund of fees in case of withdrawal or absenteeism of student once registration is done.
• There will be No compensation training sessions in case of students missing to attend training sessions.
• There will be No compensation training sessions between siblings in case of one of them withdrawal or absenteeism from training sessions.
• The facility does not provide soft drink or refreshers like water; accordingly, Students should bring their own.

Declaration of agreement:

• I agree that I am fully responsible against any injures during the training.
• I agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions mentioned above.
• I agree to inform the school about any previous injuries that may affect my training.
• I agree that Get Active Sports will share my kids’ pictures on social media.

As a part of Covid-19 precautions, students are not allowed to inter the Facility in case they are not wearing their Mask, or their temperature is above 37.5 Degree, with a full commitment to safety guideline of DHA.

Parent's approval for participation in GActive school

I understand and acknowledge that participation in GActive school creates a potential for receiving an injury, with the knowledge of this risk of injury, I'm giving my son / daughter permission to participate and accept full responsibility for this decision.
