This website is operated by Get Active Sports.

By visiting our website, including all information, services, products, and anything else you find here, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (called “Terms of Use”). incorporated herein by reference. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using our website.

If you do not agree to all these Terms of Use, then please refrain from using our website.

Get Active reserves the right at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes.

Registration Fee

A non-refundable registration fee of 225 AED is due upon initial enrollment.

Limitation of Liability

Every participant should be punctual to the training timings.

Get Active reserves the right to allocate a participant to another suitable class according to his or her skill level.

It is important to understand that our services are designed to support your development, but do not constitute a guaranteed improvement in your skills. Achieving desired results is ultimately dependent on your commitment to attending the recommended minimum number of sessions.

You acknowledge and understand that participation in our services may involve strenuous exercise and certain risks, such as, falls, slips, bodily injuries, or even death. These risks can potentially arise from your own negligence.

You represent and warrant that you are in good health and free from any medical conditions that would limit your safe and active participation in our activities.

If you suffer from, or may suffer from, a medical condition or health concern, you should consult your physician before taking part in these activities.

You understand and acknowledge the responsibility to seek professional medical advice prior to or during your participation in these activities if you experience any symptoms that might hinder your ability to participate safely and actively.

Additionally, you understand that it is your responsibility to keep Get Active Academy informed at all times of any changes in your health status.

In case of injury or medical emergency, if the participant or their parent or guardian is unavailable to respond, Get Active Academy is authorized to provide any necessary first aid and contacting emergency medical services, and even authorizing emergency admission to a healthcare facility ,if deemed essential for the participant’s health.

In that case, the participant or their parent/guardian will be solely responsible for all costs arising from such medical care.

You discharge Get Active Academy from any responsibility or liability for any injuries or damages resulting from your participation in our activities, including the contraction or aggravation of any diseases or other conditions.

Furthermore, Get Active Academy holds no responsibility for any participants who arrive before or stay after their scheduled classes. The parents or guardians of minor participants are fully responsible for their safety. Get Active Academy is only accountable for the safety of participants during their scheduled activity or class.

The participant and/or their parent or guardian acknowledge full responsibility for any damage caused by them during a class or activity. This responsibility extends to covering the cost of repairs or replacements in their entirety…

Services and Payments

Attendance in an Academy is only allowed when registration is complete (payment has been made in FULL and all forms have been submitted)..  you must either pay via bank transfer, direct deposit, payment link or visit our location.

If you pay via Bank Transfer or Direct Deposit, kindly scan the deposit slip/receipt and add it in the Application form , although send a copy to our Mobile Numbers by WhatsApp.

You agree to be personally liable for all charges and individually guarantees payment of all charges promptly.

You agree to notify Get Active within 2 days of receipt of statement of any in billing mistakes.

Failure to so notify Get Active signifies total acceptance and responsibility of the account.

There is no free trial sessions. The participants attend the first class, and if they decide to register, the first session is considered the first day of their registration. If they do not wish to register, no fee is charged, and the session is considered free.

Missed Classes

Get Active Sports understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise that prevent your child from attending a scheduled class. As an added benefit, we offer a make-up class program:

Provided there is available space in a class, (by contacting us or directly with our coaches, and booking for a make-up class). This is subject to class availability. If there is no availability in the class you wish to do a make up in then to schedule your make-up or choose to not make-up the session. All sessions missed during a term MUST be made up in that term and DO NOT carry over into the next term.

Cancellation and refund Policy

Cancellation is not allowed after making the payments

You agree that no refund will be granted.

There will be No refund of fees in case of withdrawal or absenteeism of student once registration is done.

Registrants shall have the right to transfer their enrollment to a different activity.

This applies in the event that the participants no longer wish to participate in their originally selected activity.

 The registrant will have two options:

Pay the difference in registration fees: If the new activity has a higher registration fee than the original one, the registrant will be required to settle the difference.

Receive a partial refund: If the new activity has a lower registration fee than the original one, the registrant will be entitled to a partial refund of the original fee.

You agree that participation in our activities and training sessions is strictly individual. In the case of a participant’s absence, withdrawal, or inability to attend, a sibling may not take their place.

Photos and Videos

By using our services, you give Get Active Academy the right to use your photographs and videos without any payment or consideration.

You understand and acknowledge that these materials will become the property of the company.

Get Active Academy reserves the right to edit, copy, and distribute participant images for promotional and marketing purposes, or for any other lawful purpose.  This may include photographs or videos that capture your participation in our activities.

If you, or a parent or guardian acting on behalf of a minor participant, do not wish for Get Active Academy to use your image(s), you may submit a written request to opt-out of such use.

Electronic Communications

By using this website and providing us with your personal information, you are giving your consent to receive electronic communications from us.

These communications can be via email or other electronic communication means.

Any such email or other electronic communication does not establish a partnership or create a contractual relationship between us.
